Roche Korea appoints former-pharmacist, Shin Suhee as the head of healthcare

Roche Korea announced on February 1 that it has appointed Ms Shin Suhee (pictured) as the general manager of its Healthcare Innovation Cluster.

Since joining Handok Pharmaceuticals in 1999, Ms Shin had led commercial business units in various chronic disease areas, including diabetes, at Sanofi Korea and AstraZeneca Korea.

She was appointed as the head of oncology at Novartis Korea in 2019.

She graduated from the College of Pharmacy at Ewha Womans University and obtained an MBA degree from NYU Stern School of Business.

Ms Shin said, "I want to bring Roche's innovative products and solutions to the Korean market in an innovative way and contribute to the growth of the entire healthcare ecosystem as well as the company."
