Samsung Electronics Announces Senior Executive Promotions

Samsung Electronics today announced promotions of two senior executives of its leadership.

• Kinam Kim, Vice Chairman & CEO and Head of DS Division; previously President & CEO and Head of DS Division
• Tae Moon Roh, President and Head of R&D, Mobile Communications Business; previously Executive Vice President and Head of R&D, Mobile Communications Business

The promotions recognize their exceptional contributions to Samsung’s global leadership in the areas of semiconductors and mobile technology, respectively.
