Hugel won the "Good Company Awards selected by female consumers" for the third consecutive year in 2023 at the mutually respected Good Management Awards.

The mutually respectful Good Management Awards are awarded to companies that respect each other instead of confrontation and struggle between each organization, including men and women, upper and lower, labor and management, and relations between departments in a rapidly changing social environment.

Hugel is engaged in a variety of businesses, including botulinum toxin, HA filler, and cosmetics, to present organic and complex solutions in the medical aesthetic domain.

It is operating on the third Friday of every month as "Family Day" so that executives and employees can balance work and family, and provides support for childcare subsidies, children's school expenses, and club activities.

It is steadily donating its Derma Cosmetics brand "Wellage" products by conducting a "Real ME" campaign to support the vulnerable women.
