From January this year, 10 million won per child will be paid for childbirth congratulations, which were initially paid differently by 3 million won, 5 million won, and 10 million won depending on the number of children.
In addition, the flexible work system and the selective shortened work system, which were implemented for mothers (母s) with children under the age of 8, have expanded the scope of coverage to all executives and employees.
Pharma Research is also considering introducing in-house daycare centers for the convenience of childcare workers, with monthly support of 100,000 won for one child, 300,000 won for two, and 500,000 won for three children until the age of eight.
An official of the company said, "We expanded the existing maternity and childcare support program further because we believe that more realistic and active support is needed to overcome the low birth rate problem. We will prepare various systems to fulfill our employees' welfare as well as our responsibilities as a social enterprise."
