Samil Pharmaceutical said on the 29th that its sales rose 9.3 percent year-on-year to 196.3 billion won last year. Its operating profit rose 56 percent to 6.3 billion won over the same period.
Net profit was 2.1 billion won.
With sales of 196.3 billion won last year, it is expected that sales of 200 billion won will be easy this year.
Last year's sales growth seems to be the result of continuous growth in major items such as "ribact" and "monoprost ophthalmic liquid" and even growth in ETC business, ophthalmology business, and CNS business.
A company official said, "The consolidated performance reflects the Vietnamese production company, which is pursuing a global CMO business, as its subsidiaries' performance, and since full-fledged production starts next year, it is currently in the red due to labor cost expenditures."
