AbbVie Korea announced on the 23rd that it won three awards at the 22nd Great Place To Work Institute (GPTW) Awards: "Top 100 Companies for Korea to Work for," "The Best Companies for Korean Parents to Work for," and "The Most Respected CEO in Korea."
At the awards of "Korea's Best Company to Work for" and "Korea's Best Company for Parents to Work for," AbbVie Korea was evaluated as growing together through work-life harmony based on empathy and communication.
In addition, CEO Kang So-young, who has been with the company for more than a decade as a founding member, was selected as the "most respected CEO in Korea" in recognition of his leadership in leading the culture of inclusion.
AbbVie Korea has established a smart working system to operate telecommuting and flexible working systems.
Family Science Day for children and Family Day for the second Friday of every month are operated to support time spent with family.
CEO Kang So-young said, "It is a meaningful result of working with employees to create a good workplace and corporate culture," adding, "We will create an environment where employees with different experiences, expertise, and diverse perspectives can maximize their potential capabilities while mutually respecting and communicating."
