Hanwha Pharma announced on December 21st that it has been selected as the best ‘Family-Friendly Company’ designated by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family.

Since acquiring the certificate of a family-friendly company for the first time as a small and medium-sized pharmaceutical company in 2011, the company has been certified again three times based on the exemplary operation of the family-friendly system for 12 years and finally designated as the best company.

As representative family-friendly systems, the company runs the year-end long vacation system (over 10 days off), Happy Friday, which allows workers to leave the office at 1:00 PM on a Friday once a month, a staggered commuting system, smart work, a vacation sharing system, maternity leave, and parental leave. These have been rated highly and cemented the company’s reputation as a family friendly company.

Hanwha Pharma also runs the ‘Hanwha Family Camping Ground’ and a resort membership system that employees and their families can use any time, and these are well received by employees.
