Jeil Pharma Holdings is creating a flexible and creative corporate culture such as improving work dress code and naming culture within its affiliates including Jeil Pharmaceutical.
As part of this, Jeil Pharma Holdings will start the campaign ‘Let’s greet with a bright smile’ to improve the organizational culture and the lack of communications between the executives and employees on June 10.
The main theme of the campaign is to reorganize the dress code from 'wearing a suit' to 'working in a no-tie'.
In line with the recent spread of the suit-free culture, Jeil Pharma Holdings shall also revise the dress code to increase the work efficiency and autonomy of its employees.
An official from this company said, “As the first step to create a horizontal and free corporate culture among all affiliates, we have reorganized the working dress code and naming culture,” and added, “We will make every effort to become a company that not only breaks away from the authoritarian culture, but also lowers the barriers between positions and generations to encourage free communications without feeling awkward.”
